Over 15 years ago, I noticed that many talented Japanese members in large corporations hesitated to speak up, struggled to participate in discussions, and found it hard to get promoted. I saw this as a waste of talent and decided to address this issue. BEMi's mission is to support every member in developing the ability to express their thoughts candidly (assertive behavior) and to unlock their potential, thereby driving corporate growth.
